Gioia Small, Regional Manager Sustainability at Treasury Wine Estates

In her current role as Regional Manager Sustainability for Treasury Wine Estates, Gioia manages the strategic direction for environment across the international portfolio of wines. Focusing on corporate governance, Gioia manages biosecurity, energy and water efficiency, greenhouse energy reporting, water asset management for the global wine company.

From the establishment of Australia’s Penfolds in the mid 1840s, Treasury Wine now has some of the most recognised and awarded wines in the world: Beringer Vineyards, Lindeman’s, Rosemount Estate and Wolf Blass.
